Do you take on full projects, or single stages?

Both. Most clients come to us for the full journey from planning to handover, but we can join a project already underway and take over coordination.

Do you handle planning permission?

Yes. Local regulations, approvals and legal requirements are managed as part of the project, including structural assessments where needed.

Can we stay in the property during works?

It depends on the scope. We will set that out honestly at survey stage and plan the programme around whichever answer suits you.

Where do you work?

London and the surrounding counties. If your property sits outside that, get in touch and we will tell you straight away whether we can help.

How does a project start?

A conversation, then a site visit. From there we come back with a scope, a programme and a cost plan before any work is committed.
