Founder & Managing Director
Marco Ritarossi established B&R Home Improvement Ltd in July 2020, after more than fifteen years working in home improvement across private residences and commercial refurbishment. The company has been independent and London-based from the first day.
That background shapes how the business runs. Marco has spent enough time on site to know which parts of a programme are fragile, where costs quietly grow, and how much difference an honest conversation at survey stage makes to the final weeks of a project. He remains involved in every job the company takes on.
The principle behind the company is the one it was built on: there is no better feeling than being at home. The drawings, the notices, the deliveries and the snagging all exist to give that feeling back, in a property that works better than it did before.
